We had excellent experience with Atlantic Radon. Our house has several slabs and several structural complications that made it a non-standard case. We initially contacted a different company and were told that given our challenges, low levels of radon would not be guaranteed. Luckily, we then found Atlantic Radon. Tommy and Dan spent days studying the architectural drawings of our house to create a customized solution for us. The solution they came up with was creative and worked wonderfully. They spent extra time on designing a custom solution and extra time on installation. They also stand by their work and guarantee performance. We are super happy to have found Atlantic Radon!

I hired Atlantic Real Estate Services to installed a radon mitigation system due to high radon test result identified by a buyer hired home inspector. Tommy came to my house, investigated the situation , recommended and installed a radon mitigation system. Throughout the process, Tommy was very helpful, personable, polite and professional. They installed a radon system in my home in SEPT 2022. AR was incredibly responsive to my calls and questions, and promptly scheduled me for installation. Pricing was also fair, based on the current market (and even beat many other companies).

They were onsite at 0800 and were done by 1200 the same day. The technician was incredibly polite, patient, and knowledgeable. They also use gutter downspout, which looks better than the standard PVC many others use. The fan equipment they use is incredibly quiet (I seriously don't even notice it running), and the install was clean.
