Radon has innumerable health risks and dangerous side effects. There is no acceptable radon gas limit in any area. But U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommends it to be below 4 picoCuries per liter of air (pCi/L). Many areas in the US are radon affected....
If your house is radon-infected, your radon mitigation fan must work constantly. Why? If you stop the fan, the radon levels can start increasing rapidly. You need to be constantly guarding your home against it. The only to do that is to keep the fan working...
Radon gas removal from the house generally involves a radon mitigation system. After there is a radon detection in your house or locality, make sure you install a mitigation system. Why? Do not wait to see the negative impacts of this gas; start taking...
Radon is a dangerous but naturally occurring radioactive gas. Some amounts of radon are always present in the air. WHO reports say that the outside radon level is somewhere between 5 Bq/m3 to 15 Bq/m3. But radon concentration tends to be higher inside homes/offices....
EPA recommends homes start mitigation if the radon level is 4 pCi/L (picocuries per liter). If the soil and rocks under your home start emitting radon gas, then your home can be in danger. This is a naturally occuring radioactive gas, so there is no way to stop it....
Do you fear elevated radon levels in your home? Do you think these rising levels can harm your family and cause diseases? There is only one sure way to know and mitigate the radon is to contact a professional. Get radon testing done by a licensed professional. Yes,...
I contacted Atlantic Radon about replacing a radon fan. They came out the next day to survey what the issue was and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Tommy informed me that the radon fan was out of compliance with state codes and would have to be moved to the attic from the basement. Tommy and Zack installed an electrical outlet in the attic before they installed the radon fan. As they removed the radon fan from the basement they found out that the sump pump needed to be replaced. Since they did not have a sump pump on the truck they returned 2 days latter and took care of that problem. Tommy and Zack were very professional, explained the process for both jobs, very polite and cleaned up the areas they were in. I would highly recommend them for any radon mitigation system work. Very affordable.

Atlantic Radon (AR) was incredibly great to work with.
They installed a radon system in my home in SEPT 2022. AR was incredibly responsive to my calls and questions, and promptly scheduled me for installation. Pricing was also fair, based on the current market (and even beat many other companies).
They were onsite at 0800 and were done by 1200 the same day. The technician was incredibly polite, patient, and knowledgeable. They also use gutter downspout, which looks better than the standard PVC many others use. The fan equipment they use is incredibly quiet (I seriously don't even notice it running), and the install was clean.
I highly recommend them for your radon install!

I had a radon inspection done before moving into my home and the levels came back quite high. After Atlantic Radon worked their magic, the levels had fallen to almost 0! They completed the work quickly and right on the quoted estimate. They know their stuff, are very easy to work with, and I would highly recommend them for your radon mitigation needs!!
